Snow Summit and Bear Mountain ski and snowboarding
resorts are closed for the 2007/2008 winter season. We had a great
winter due to our superior snowmaking system and all the natural
snow we received. We would like to thank everyone for a fun season
and remind you to please purchase your Screamin' Deal Season
Pass before May 31st for the best savings. Screamin' Deal
Season Passes are also good for the scenic sky chair! We look
forward to seeing you this summer at the Bear Mountain Golf Course
and the Snow Summit Scenic Sky chair.
The Bear Mountain GOLF COURSE is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. Range tokens will be available at the driving range. You
may purchase tokens at the Bear Mountain Security Office Monday
through Friday. Our 9-hole mountain style course is open. Tee times
are available for scheduling.
The Snow Summit Scenic Sky Chair transports hikers, mountain
bikers and sightseers to the top of the mountain to an elevation of
8,300 ft. The Sky Chair is expected to open weekends only May
17th then daily beginning June 21st through September 1st.
